Richard M. Daley
Chairman
Richard M. Daley is a nationally recognized leader in public policy, urban governance, and economic development with decades of executive experience. As Chicago's longest-serving mayor (1989 – 2011), he led transformative initiatives in infrastructure, sustainability, and public-private partnerships. Since leaving office, he has advised Fortune 500 companies, international cities, and institutional investors on strategy and policy. At GLGP, he provides strategic guidance on stakeholder engagement and regulatory and political navigation.

Adam Hitchcock
Managing Partner
Adam S. Hitchcock is an investment and policy professional with senior experience at the highest levels of finance and government. He previously served as Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners, reporting to the Executive Chairman, and held roles in the White House Chief of Staff's Office and the Council of Economic Advisers. He has spent his career operating at the intersection of capital markets and policy. At GLGP, he serves as Managing Partner, leading stakeholder engagement and opportunity origination.

Patrick R. Daley
Managing Partner
Patrick R. Daley, CFA, is an investment professional with experience across finance, M&A, and business development. He began his career at Bear Stearns and later served as Managing Princiapal of Tur Partners and COO & CFO of Daley & Tang Partners. He has executed growth capital, buyout, and special situations investments across asset-backed and operating businesses in multiple sectors. At GLGP, he serves as Managing Partner, leading principal investing and opportunity origination.
